Some Things About Me

  1. Am equally left and right brain
In my career I have maintained the dual role of Chief Digital Officer and Executive Creative Director. I held this role at DDB and maintained this dichotomy at Indy agency Translation. For the past several years through my current Agency L360° I have guided clients directly across creative, strategy and innovation.

  2. I really like to win business
In my career I have generated incremental business in excess of $80 million dollars across more than a dozen clients.

  3. Creative recognition is pretty neat too
My work has been recognized at Cannes, the One Show, the ANDY's, Clio's, Effies, Webby's, AICP and NY Festivals.

  4. I'm always in start-up mode
While I have an expertise in digital and social, over the past two years I have worked to build out a core competency in content strategy and content development, for a stable of brands.

  5. Doing good makes me feel good
Currently I donate my spare time to the Bully Project which is a cause I have been passionately involved with for the past eight years. I have also lent my time to support Teenage Suicide Prevention and as well furthering education among high school students in underserved communities. My recent passion project has been developing a portal to support local businesses in my home town of Garden City NY in response to the COVID-19 crisis https://www.supportgclocal.com.

  6. I love the eighties and nineties alternative music scene. Growing up on New Wave radio station WLIR in New York I was reared on the famous Shrieks of The Week. As an homage to that I post a weekly Antique Of The Week at my public Facebook page facebook.com/Joseph.Cianciotto.Throwback

  7. I'm a lucky guy
Am blessed to be married to my best friend Jen and to have two beautiful daughters, Hannah and Sophie who show us each day what really matters in life.
